- I am somewhat against striking deals with hotels because I do not want people to leave the conference venue. The hostel is great and will suit everyone. If John Doe decides it's not good enough for him, he can do whatever he wants, but I don't want to assist him. I feel like the conference loses when people don't stay in one space.
