  • Make sure to visit DebConf11/Meetings for any updates.
  • If you want to volunteer for any of below stated jobs/chores, contact us trough IRC at #debconf11-bosnia channel or trough mailing list at debconf-team@lists.debconf.org
  • If you already did some of these, please make sure to contact us trough mailing list!
  • Make sure to refresh this page, as it will be heavily updated, especially during the month of the Conference

MODIFYING:

  • When adding an entry:
    • Make sure you place it in the right category ( Jobs that can be done locally, and Jobs that can be done at a distance)
    • Choose category as you see fit
    • Do not assign anyone or any team, without their explicit agreement. We do this voluntary.
    • If it's important, make sure to announce it over the list
  • When editing an entry:
    • Do not delete it! Instead use strikethrough html tags to mark it as 'done'.
    • If you did some of the jobs, don't mark it 'done' right away, but discuss over mailing list / irc, to see if the rest of the team agrees.
    • If it's done, always add confirmed by, decided on or whatever is appropriate, at the end of an entry and the name of the person who did it, so we can keep track if something doesn't go as planned
