DebConf11/Teams

While everything is done voluntarily, we still have to keep a track of who does what exactly, to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible and to avoid any unnecessary delays.

This page lists who is working on each task. We don't have to list every single person, but at least this should be a pointer to who to refer questions to, and who will report back to us. Ideally, each task should have at least two people listed here.

Realistically speaking, once the conference starts we have tons of people working, more than are listed here.

Coordination

Global

Ensure that nothing gets left behind, we have meetings, we maintain communications, teams are well staffed. Handle problems and complaints from outside.
