• Borrowed/bought equipment -- all now returned/disposed-of?
• Report -- needs written, sent out to sponsors
• Sponsor bags -- have these been sent out?

• Hardware inventory (including video equipment)

[1] it only lists events for which the speakers reconfirmed, so if one did not reconfirm - not listed. We need to make that clear in our schedule announcement. Or hunt all the speakers down right before we release the schedule and get them to reconfirm / drop their talk.

I've stuck in a bit of dc7 stuff - lets try to get that done really quickly.

• participants and location teams introduce themselves
• each venue describes each topic from the priority list for their venue (30min each max.)

1. 1. "affordable" for both sponsors and attendees
   2. strong, mature, experienced local team
   3. good working spaces
   4. excellent network connectivity
   5. quality and quantity of food and drink in close proximity
   6. suitable accommodation in close proximity
   7. presentation facilities
   8. travel logistics
   9. accessibility

• each venue describe what are the good points about the other venue. (15min each max.)
• each venue describes the weak point in the own venue. (15min each max.)
• general questions by "the audience"
• Then, we will go thru the priorities and say "1, 3, 5,6 and 9 are equal for both venues, on 7 and 8 $venue_a is better and on 2 and 4 $venue_b, so we take $venue_a" (90min max.)
