- largish congress center, we'll need only a part of it -> other conferences / people in the same building at the same time
- not-so-cheap hotel across the street, other hotels + youth hostel in darmstadt, but (imho) expensive and the youth hostel is rather small.
- due to man-da being in Darmstadt it should be possible to get enough fiber and badwidth for all our needs.
- perfect public transport (bus <1h from FRA, trains, trams, busses....)
