In the English there is far too much repetition of "Free Software", and a few other phrases.
In the English there are several variation on the idea of "Debian Contributor" using words like "assistant" and other variations that imply things that are not really true -- there needs to be a decision about whether you're trying to desribe DD/DM type people, or the wider population of contributors that would include people that submit bug reports etc. and then chose a description for each of these groups, and stick to it. Otherwise people will read "assistants" and start wondering if we have some sort of intern program.
In the English, there are some bits about that seem to be making claims about the motives of Free Software community, or Debian Developers as a group -- Personally, I think you'll find a vast range of motives, and I'd question whether you can lump Free Software contributors together like that.
I don't read Spanish, but I can recognise some words, and it looks like these problems exist in the Spanish as well, so that would be the place to fix them.
