Debian Conference Todo: Catering and food

• Info gathered so far.
  • first week: 20-100 persons, lunch
  • second week: 220 persons, breakfast+lunch+evening snack or something like that
  • Volunteer get food??
  • includes formal dinner
  • budget might be something like 20000€ (materials+work), formal dinner might have separate budget

Food provider: Teknologföreningen

• Shorthand TF and called Täffa
  • Breakfast: 8.00 to 9.00
  • Lunch: TF open 10.30 to 15.00, talk schedule allows 12.00 to 14.00. Need to check weekends.
  • Dinner: 17.00 to 18.00 debconf, 16.00 to 17.00 during debcamp.
  • These people also organize food for MM.

  • pre-done Bread, coffee etc light.
• Lunch

  • Basicly same stuff than offered to "normal" clients
