Agenda for DebConf5 meeting, June 20, 19:00 UTC, on #debconf-team on irc.debian.org.
- volunteers for odd jobs (this is very important now)
- still no manager found...
- sms messaging to broadcast information to volunteers/people is ready. collect gsm numbers of people!
- Status of the housing, blueprints (mooch)
- general overview map/frist draft
- better one should be based on
- final result should be a "first help" paper for new arrivals. (where is supermarket, where do i go to hack,...)

- Linux-Aktivaattori and FLUG organized an "Free/Open Source Software day" in Turku, Finland for the public, on the 16th of April (http://twiki.linux-aktivaattori.org/view/AOP2005/WebHome in finnish, sorry) -- might want to draw from those experiences and use it in the promotion (those who couldn't come to Turku might want to make up for it by coming to Helsinki)
