Agenda for DebConf5 meeting, June 20, 19:00 UTC, on #debconf-team on irc.debian.org.

  • volunteers for odd jobs (this is very important now)
    • still no manager found...
    • sms messaging to broadcast information to volunteers/people is ready. collect gsm numbers of people!
  • Status of the housing, blueprints (mooch)

    • someone needs to go through the list of sponserees and check if they reconfirmed and if not ping them.

    • these blueprints need to processed and integrated into a "first help" paper for new arrivals. (where is supermarket, where do i go to hack,...)

    • Linux-Aktivaattori and FLUG organized an "Free/Open Source Software day" in Turku, Finland for the public, on the 16th of April (http://twiki.linux-aktivaattori.org/view/AOP2005/WebHome in finnish, sorry) -- might want to draw from those experiences and use it in the promotion (those who couldn't come to Turku might want to make up for it by coming to Helsinki)
      • 100 people attended, but promotion did begin early.
