[edit] Checklist
Things to bring up with the venue manager on July 30.
- Rex: can we do the setup in the evening of Aug 4th after the camp has left?
- Rex: setup with the front half of chairs, and the back with round tables
- Rex: have the small stage
- We need lecterns for Buzz, Rex and Bo
- The speakers should be delivered to Rex and Bo
- Tables should be delivered in the garden (7) and Hamm (6)
- Advise we'll occupy the Foyer with booths & installfest on Aug 5
- Make sure we get delivery of all keys (accomm, front desk, NOC)
- Make sure the motion detectors are turned off for accomm rooms
- Should we open Slink (B-2660) before Aug 6 to have enough Hacklab space?
- Review the delivery facilities for catering
- Cafeteria: ensure we have access to the space in the back (near the windows) and on the right side
- Cafeteria: ensure we can modify the setup for the conf dinner (single tables rather than rows)
- Cafeteria: ensure we can store some stuff from Le Dîner on site (bac à vaisselle, assiettes, réchauds etc)
- Garden: can we have the round tables from cafeteria
- FD: ask permission to use chalk pens on FD glass windows (maybe caf also?)
- Video loops on the TVs
- Parking for organizers (2 places)
- Permission to access the Local à glace for ice and keg storage
- Library opening hours?
