In general, rafts would be a possibility. Those can take about 55 people, sitting on benches and tables and having a good time. It's not dangerous, but also not accessible. Lunch is at a restaurant. Price total, incl. transport, lunch, and drinks (except at lunch): around 40.000 € (six rafts). This might well be too expensive.
