Arriving at Zurich ZHR airport:

You will probably arrive at Terminal E.
Follow the "baggage claim" signs, you will take an automatic train shuttle to the other terminals, and than the passport control.
Continue to "baggage claim", and get your baggage.
- Don't pass the custom if you didn't receive you baggage (and you didn't already announced it as Lost baggage. In that case give them the Le Camp address)
Pass the custom
Now you are in the arrival area, you should follow "rail", so you need to exit the terminal 2 building, and enter to the building just in front. (because of works, it could require to pass a road (arrivals) or to take an escalator down.
Now you are in the Terminal 3 building: you have shops, banks, post, restaurants, touristic information, etc. On the lower floor you will find the rail ticket office (SBB), a lot of ticket vending machines and the accesses to the train platforms.
Your train will be in direction of Biel/Bienne + Geneva Airport, it will depart at every hours at hour past 43 minutes.
The train should be direct (no changes, until Yverdon-Les-Bain. The stations will be: Zürich HB, Aarau, Olten, Solothurn, Biel/Bienne, Neuchâtel and arriving at Yverdon-les-Bains 2 hours and 10 minutes later.
