  • Closing ceremony:

      • Teardown volunteers meeting (20h00 today)
      • Don't use facilities that got handed out to Le Camp
      • Please go now to tidy hacklabs, bof rooms, and talk rooms (tables and chairs)
      • For travelling: go buy bus tickets at the bar, print your train tickets from frontdesk

    • cup price -> 2 CHF => decision: donation appreciated, no fixed price.
    • Voucher refund => decision: no communication to attendees, but refund would still be possible if needed.

    • Electronic music around the fire, official curfew at 22h, music should stop before 01h00, vorlon is in charge to ensure that music gets down in time to allow people to sleep.

    • Power outage last night
    • Additional wifi got setup mostly by RichiH; should mostly work
    • Signs were put up about the new setup.
    • IPv6 should be working, DNS is apparently not fully working yet over IPv6

    • First rush yesterday evening
    • Repartition is suprising, but the brewer is aware. Target is 1%.
    • Serving beverages during lunches and dinners is not overly efficient, pending decision.

      • Will be put up for discussion with Le Camp
    • Food shortage at Lunch (are our numbers right?)

    • The "how it will happen" is not clear at all, needs to be clarified with le camp cooks, bubulle and OdyX.

    • Bags Delivery status update: #info the bags arrived to the wrong company, and we should have gotten a wrong delivery. Y_Plentyn is on it, phoning and hoping we'll get them tomorrow.

    • Walkie-Talkies: 4 need to be put to good use. Channel "4-7" is agreed upon; one wt in FD, one in OrgaOffice, two for network

    • People are experiencing lag/packets loss/etc; XTaran's team on it, as soon as servers are setup
    • Staff is well staffed for the moment

    • Waiting for the network
  • Badges, T-shirts and attendee stuff
    • Cups: on their way, they should arrive tomorrow, Benedikt is on it
    • Bags: should arrive "during this week", Y_Plentyn is handling the delivery.
    • Badges: Attendee badges has become a problem as they will arrive wrong apparently. OdyX is organizing local printing for these, arrival expected today.
  • Venue concerns
    • people would appreciate non-sweets for breakfast
    • vegetarians-non-fish has been an issue today, cooks have reacted, it shouldn't happen anymore

  • Attendees information
    • Consolidate debconf.org, debconf13.debconf.org and wiki.debconf.org information targetted at attendees; also make sure the FrontDesk number is communicated. tassia will check.
    • Once that's done, an email to all attendees should be sent with both information and pointers
    • Signs from the bus station: nattie will do the laminating, gaudenz will show inkscape to nattie.
  • Sponsoring "thank you ad" in linux magazin to thank our sponsors. we need a design...

    • Please keep an eye on people to make sure standard regulations aka "no garbage" is enforced

    • OdyX and rafw coordinate and try to get a proposal ready for tomorrow.

    • Building 8: bar, hacklab and frontdesk
    • Zwingli: smallers rooms, 2 more hacklabs
    • Bâtiment Principal: food, main talk room
    • Please avoid disturbing the non-DebCamp attendees in Zwingli (one person in Zwingli, 15 persons in the other building)
  • Hacklabs:
    • Tables and power have been set, but there isn't enough power available everywhere (multiple plugs)
    • No moar swiss plugs are needed: please bring power bars of all types to Orga Office (Ancienne Poste).
  • Network: XTaran arriving late → #info network mañana
    • First thing: 9-10 meeting with ISP, aftwerwards, networking setup, hacklab
  • Food times:
    • Please check: DebConf13/Welcome#Food
    • OdyX will manage the ringing of the bells for all food times besides breakfast.
