- Find out what we can save costs on - what classrooms/hacklab spaces would be available, and how much would they cost?
- Needed: hacklab(s) for ~200 people; talk rooms during the day - one for ~300 people, three more for under 100?
- Find out logistics & costs of wired Ethernet for video team - 25 mbit to an internal encoding server for each room with video
- Possible location of registration desk?
- More pictures of non-classroom spaces
- Find out whether we can keep Forbes & R&D Pub open outside normal hours without having to pay to reserve it, with a guarantee that people will buy stuff.. also what are prices at R&D?

- The DebConf10 website should be as informative as possible - the DebConf7 website was extremely useful, as it included detailed information about how to get to the venue from various places, as well as other things to know before arriving.
