Definitions:
- Prev Surplus: Amount given from past conference AND "SPI Float"
- from Debian: Amonut given to DebConf from Debian for this year (excluding "surplus)
- Fundraised: Amount of new money from sponsors, attendee fees, or other sources.
- Spent: Actual costs of that conference.
- Surplus: Fundraised - Spent
- Rollover: Amount left over for next conference (seed + from Debian + fundraised - spent). This isn't the surplus from a given year, but the amount rolled over to the next year.

This is what the final reports say. These are not from the "budget over the years" table, except where noted. The final reports might not reflect everything accurately, but are often the best we have to work with.

These numbers come from budget spreadsheets in svn. These are not necessarily updated after the conference and may be inaccurate. They are also hard to understand so I may not have transcribed them here properly.
