This is a draft list of technical requirements for the venue and internet connections. It will be updated to adjust to what is available and what our facilities are.

- Maps to aid planning
- Wireless network connections in all areas.
- 10-15 walkie-talkies for orga team and volunteers
[edit] ISP Requirements
- Best: As much upload AND download as we can get at the main venue. (50-100 Mbit)
- Minimum: 10 Mbit upload AND download at the main venue.
- At least some connection at all residences (need enough for the evening hacklab and perhaps 300kbps for for video streaming evening talks)
[edit] Main Talk Rooms
- Projector
- Speaker's podium with laptop projection capabilities
- Amplified sound system and microphones.
- Wired network connections for video recording
- Chairs for 200-300 people
[edit] Smaller talk rooms
- Projector with laptop projection capabilities
- Chairs for 30-40 people
- Wired network connections for video recording
[edit] Hacklabs
- Enough electrical power for 30-60 amps at 240 volts.
- Chairs and tables for (200?) people.
- Wireless network
- Wired network switches with ports for several hundred people.
- At least one location open 24 hours a day.
