Streaming setup for outside streaming servers

• proper information will be available in a few days, please be patient and thank you very much for offering and providing your server for streaming!
• Icecast uses TCP and the conventional port number for servers is 8000. The relay ("mirror") servers also need to make outbound connections to port 8000 of the external master server.
