Airport Map

Passenger arrival

Passengers arriving from an international flight will exit from either Lobby E-1 or Lobby E-3 [insert pictures here] [check how the lobbies are actually labeled in English]. In any case screens outside each lobby announce in which one of them will passengers exit.

Approximate exit time

Passengers exit from the lobby 20 to 50 minutes after landing. Screens outside arrival lobbies announce when passengers are receiving baggage, according to flight numbers, which means they are about to exit.

Airline counters are located along the terminal building. In order to find a particular airline check the following table:

Baggage claims

Please go to the airline's baggage claim counters, immediately after noticing your luggage is missing.

Paging someone

Please request this service in any of the Information counters, located in lobby A-1 of the domestic area and lobby E-3 of the international area.

There also are smoking areas in the restaurants located in the domestic and international areas.

Land transportation

Buses

The land terminal works 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year. It houses different bus lines that provide constant transportation service to the main cities located near Mexico City, such as: Cuernavaca Mor., Puebla Pue., Pachuca Hgo., Querétaro Qro., Toluca Edo. Mex. y Córdova Ver.

The terminal is in front of the [rampa vehicular] of the international area. It is provided with several services, among them, VIP rooms, Internet, rest and reading areas, meeting rooms. The terminal also provides fast-food areas, souvenir and shopping areas and money exchange.
