general errors

• The printed proceedings don't contain any link to the DebConf5ProceedingsErrata:errata page ;)

 All !URLs containing a ~ (tilde) or an   (underscore) sign seems to have been mangeled.  The ~ sign got replaced by \~{} while the   sign has been replaced by \_.  Please change that back before trying to acces any !URLs printed in any papers. For example: !http://merkel.debian.org/\~{}joeyh/testing-security.html should of course be http://merkel.debian.org/~joeyh/testing-security.html, while !http://ftp-master.debian.org/testing/update\_out\_code is of course http://ftp-master.debian.org/testing/update_out_code
