Link to volunteer system on https://debconf16.debconf.org/get-involved/ is wrong, s/volunteer/volunteers/ - Talk pages (like https://debconf16.debconf.org/talks/119/) should mention the venue (with a link) a particular talk is in, as well as date and time

Rename "Call for Proposals" to "Submit an Event" and link it to https://debconf16.debconf.org/talks/new/ - Add "Go to Day X" links to schedule for easier navigation (e.g. https://debconf16.debconf.org/schedule/?day=2016-07-02)

Swap "Schedule" and "Talks" on the "Schedule" pop-up menu on the front page, the former is more important now -
Link to https://debconf16.debconf.org/volunteers from https://debconf16.debconf.org/get-involved/ and possibly introduce it - "Want to Get Involved?" part on main page should include link to https://debconf16.debconf.org/volunteers/
- Overview page or (best) RSS feed for/with schedule changes
- Code-of-conduct should be more prominent - possibly as a link from the About menu
- Automatic way to link videos to talks
- Possibility for speakers to upload their own slides
