- On outgoing mail you send related to DC15, please always CC debconf15@debconf.org so that we have a team-accessible record.
- On incoming mail you receive that isn't CC'd, please bounce it to debconf15@debconf.org.
- This does not apply to mail sent to the DC15 team mailing list (but might make sense for mail to the dc-team mailing list).
- You can obtain access credentials to the IMAP account for this address from another team members, ask around.

- If there is time and where appropriate, consider drafting your message and letting others contribute/provide feedback. Once done, sign the message "On behalf of the DC15 team" if that suits.

- Our hashtag shall be debconf15. Use it at will and widely.
