DebConf15/MeetingDayPreferences
From Wiki
- Use + or - to indicate whether you can generally make that day of the week (in the evening (after 20:00)), or not.
- Use any number of 0's to indicate how sad it would make you if you had to try to make it on a day when you can, but really would rather not.
- Write e.g. 21+ if you can only make it after 21:00 CEST
