Conference dinner meal options
Unless you have specified a special food preference during your registration, you will have to choose your conference dinner meal option upon check-in, as the restaurant needs to know the numbers in advance.
The conference dinner is 20 EUR, plus an additional 5 EUR if you want to drink alcohol. The options are:
 Roast pork
A Bavarian speciality, but not uncommon in Southern Germany and the whole Alps region: Roast pork ("Schweinebraten (German Wikipedia page only)") with a dumpling and traditional cabbage salad (we've asked them to remove carraway as most guests prefer this).
A succulent slab of boiled beef called Tafelspitz served with potatoes and red cabbage.
 Pasta squares (vegetarian)
"Maultaschen": These are pasta pockets filled with vegetables and served with potato salad.
 Spinach strudel (vegetarian)
Savoury pastry with spinach, served with goat cheese and tomato sauce.
 Vegan and other options
The vegan and gluten-free meal is Ratatouille served with salted potatoes (and salad).
