Rooms 327,328,329 need the following:

• 1 podium
• 1 36" tall table for confidence monitor

• 1 classroom table

• 1 roll 3" gaff tape

Have the venue draw up a diagram showing chair placement with room for:

podium, screen, projector (front), chair and tripod, classroom table w/ 3 chairs.

(they know what is practical and fire code, and generally provide these diagrams for the staff placing the chairs.)
