The page DebConf Streams presents a nice overview of the available rooms, their sessions and corresponding activity in our irc channels while showing hi-res streams.
[edit] video.debconf.org Theora worldwide mirror network
The video.debconf.org network delivers streams of lower resolution, but is backed by a relay network around the world. You can either use the global video.debconf.org:8000 rotation, or select one of those possibly more local to you: video.eu.debconf.org:8000, video.na.debconf.org:8000 or video.as.debconf.org:8000.
