In addition to the numbers below, we ordered one XXL for a particular attendee, and 4 child-size t-shirts. In future we might want to order additional children's shirts.

Stock check

This year we were less successful at quickly distributing staff t-shirts than last time (perhaps because they weren't visible at front desk like in other recent years). This year the video team also ran with much fewer volunteers than the previous few years -- but we might need the previous size of order again next year if it returns to using as many volunteers, rather than using a few people a lot of the time.

Stock check on Friday 29 August, with 304 "arrived" attendees, including some who registered on arrival at front desk
