[edit] Additional requirements for the DebConf14 registration system
- allow attendees to indicate whether they are ok with being photographed/video recorded [1]
- translate this into a badge indicator
- information should be made available automatically to the video team about speaker preferences
- attendees are responsible for not attending sessions that will be recorded/streamed
- talks team would like a tristate: "recording preferred" (default), "not recorded", "must be recorded" (for remote participation) [2]

- provide more vegetarian food than what people are registered for: some omnivores will also like to eat vegetarian occasionally. [4]
