[edit] Tony's update on banners in absentia
- Can print at HP at 4C size.
- Long posters for banners, foam backing boards for smaller posters, vinyl(?) - Matto and Patty will check.
- Matto to talk to Tony about format to submit artwork in.
[edit] Shirts
- Attendee dark blue or Turquoise
- Video - yellow
- Staff/Security - Either Fuscia or Aqua
- Shirts to be printed in 4 colors (black, green, red, white) with half-tones, too.
- Moray to help with t-shirt counts.
[edit] Bags
- Have official quote back from EvolTwin Printing. Would like to consider going up a bag size. Price difference would go from $4.95 each to $7.85 each, would make the bag much more useful outside of conference; still 2 color.
- Patty will hand over bag responsibility to Matto once contract is secured. Need to confirm size with team and Moray first.
