DebConf14/AdHocSessions
During "hack-time", the talk rooms are available for people to reserve, to have ad-hoc meetings.
Also, since we want to help ensure that these sessions truly stay ad-hoc, you may only register for them 24 hours in advance. Exactly how this will work with this wiki shall be seen, we trust you will help make this happen.
The schedule will be sent to the debconf-discuss mailing list each morning. If you schedule an event on the same day, please make sure to advertise it yourself.
Registrations for day X+1 open on day X at 09:00 local time. If there is no entry for that day yet, please create it.

[edit] How to schedule an Event
1. Register an event in summit via https://summit.debconf.org/debconf14/create_meeting/ You can leave out the description to make things easy, but feel free to use it in order to add information for the other participants. Use "Ad-hoc sessions (debconf14)" as Track and whatever you think is appropriate as type.
2. Add a link to your summit event at the desired time and room in the table below.
[edit] Livestreaming
In rooms 327/328 and 329, livestreams (consisting of an open room mic and a projector screengrab) will be provided on a best-effort basis. We will try not to stream from room 338, so schedule your sessions there if you do not like a livestream. If you require mic or camera control and/or a recording of your sessions, please contact us (Michael Banck and Martin Krafft) to see whether anything can be done about this.
This is all on a best-effort basis and we cannot guarantee anybody either a livestream, no livestream, or a recording.
