- collect adresses and personal contacts
- send brochures with cover letter about DC12 (in paper)
- start working on migrating debconf-team + -data svn _completly_ to git, that is all past DebConfs

- if possible phone contacts, ask if they want to sponsor

- contract with venue signed
- prices finalized or at least mostly finalized

- don't do this to early after DC12, so people can still rate events
