As assigning ip address via dhcp get timeout every time, I commented a lot from /etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf leaving only as follows:
request subnet-mask, broadcast-address, routers,
domain-name, domain-name-servers, domain-search, host-name;
Maybe could help... test and give some feedback at vicm3 on IRC.
