Here you can find the documentation of organizational process for DebConf11. Bear in mind, these pages should only be updated by the members of organizational teams, who are responsible for certain issues/topics. This helps coordinate efforts and promote better communication and to avoid all the confusion we get over mailing lists.

It is also important that some materials are to be kept private. The best example is sponsors and mutual agreements, which should be kept out of public... So please, avoid writing sensitive material.
