You can use 7-11 or FamilyMart to print any document for you. NTD $2 per page in 7-11. And NTD $3 per page in FamilyMart.

Please go to this page to upload your document.
First field is your name.
Second field is your e-mail address.
On third field you can upload your pdf through the button on the right.
Click the checkbox to accept the terms.
Click the bottom button to upload your file.
You should receive a e-mail with numbers. That's your document number.
Now you can go to 7-11 in Dining Hall 2 or in front of the North Gate. And input the number into the ibon kiosk to print. You might need to ask a clerk to turn the printer on for you. Please also see this video.
Also you can ask local staff to help you if this is not an urgent case. We can help when we are not busy.
