For DebConf18, we need to hire:
- 6x Headset mic for presenters
- 2x Ambient omni-directional condenser mics
- 6x Mic stand for the ambient mics
- 3x Stereo DI box
- 3x 3.5mm Jack to Stereo 1/4" Jack aux cable
- 18x 30m/100ft XLR cable for ambient mics and PC audio
- 9x 5m/1ft XLR cable for headset mic receiver
- 9x 30m/100ft SDI drum with jumper
- 9x 10m/30ft XLR cable for mixer to camera
- 6x Camera tripods
DC18 器材租借清單：
- 6x 頭戴式麥克風（講者用）(3.5mm 單聲道，使用的無線發射器是 TOA WM-1320）
- 2x 指向性環境音電容麥克風（我們這邊有四隻了……）
- 6x 麥克風架（環境音收音用）
- 3x 立體聲 DI box（講者筆電用）
- 3x 3.5mm 轉 1/4" 轉接線（應該是 DI box 用的？）
- 18x 30m XLR 線（用於環境音麥克風與電腦收音）
- 9x 5m XLR 線（用於無線麥克風接收器）
- 9x 30m SDI 線（含繞線盤，若繞線盤上只有一個插座則另需一條線。）
- 9x 10m XLR 線（從 mixer 接到攝影機，透過攝影機影音混合傳輸到電腦）
- 6x 攝影機三腳架
[edit] Computers/Servers
- 10TB storage for videos (10 Gbps link)
- Server for encoding (>= 24 cores, VM ok)
- Each room should have:
- Computer that allow 2 PCIe cards:
- 1 TB storage
- CPU >= i5 (< 4 years old)
- Machine for capturing speaker presentation
- it could be a little device (minnowboard, intel NUC, etc.)
