[edit] Content team
The CfP has been issued. About 16 talks have been proposed so far. At the moment, content team budget is 8K CAD and the content team will try to see how many people they can invite with that.
[edit] Accommodation
The contracts with Hotel Universel and McGill are signed. We are currently working on the wiki to reflect that.
[edit] Venue
The deadline to sign the contract was extended to Feb 24. We will ask for budget approval once the venue contract will be signed.
[edit] Misc
Wikimedia are organizing a Wikimedia event in Mtl in Aug 9-13. They asked if we'd be interested in cross-promoting our events.
