Traditionally, papers are selected late after registration closes, and very close to reconfirmation.  This is not very useful for attendees, but having a very early deadline isn't very useful, either.  Thus, we propose to have two paper selection periods:

There are two deadlines for paper selection:
* First deadline is February 15th.  These results should be out by March 1st, we ''hope''.
* The second deadline is May 1st.  These results should be out by May 15th, we ''hope''..
* Of course, papers can be accepted informally after the deadline, in hopefully rare cases.

Since these deadlines are known in advance, we can have the committee ready to rate and select by these times.
