1. Budget + Sponsorship, cost cutting - HP has committed to 50k and NetApp has initiated the payment of their 45kUS.
- Cutting travel sponsorship at the 45k we have currently gives us a minus of ~11kUS.
- Hunting and pinging small sponsors.
- Intel cant sponsor notebooks, and so can't HP.
- Printers from HP remain unclear.
- Access points and switches from Cisco or Aruba networks remain unclear
- Gwolf contacted amd.mx, tomorrow he is going to mail 3com.mx, also is going to contact JoseLuis Chiquete to help on getting laptops from ibm and hp.mx
- Holger going to mail Aruba every 2 days.
- All small costs should be added to the spreadsheet.
- Insurance situation unclear, they need more details

1. extra rooms We requested the two extra workrooms (Tulipn and Guayacn). Nadezhda told me we will probably be asked to free one of them one day too early, on the 21th. Have to check.
