DebConf8/VoIP

We might put together an Asterisk server at DebConf, integrated with Penta such that

• every attendant has an extension
• a single point of entry exists, which prompts for the extension and then connects to softphone or voicemail, or possibly forwarded to their cells, iff the calls are free
• there'd be a calling plan like this, which allowed free calls to landlines by everyone
• orga team people might get free calls anyway

I'd be interested in this mainly to gain some experience.
