Basics

1. priority: make sure recording dv streams work under all circumstances
2. priority: get decent audio (and decent video as well :)
3. priority: automated encoding (to take the data home)
4. priority: organize the team shifts with pentabarf (rtraq #220)
5. priority: name and upload the videos with data from pentabarf (rtraq ticket #185)
6. priority: streaming - with flumotion (if the next point is achieved) or use icecast2 setup from dc6
7. priority: try to use flumotion for funky picture in picture features with keeping the prio on recording dv-files
8. priority: automated intro&outro from pentabarf data, but keeping the versions without that for dvds
9. priority: use annoxdex und cmmlircbot for annotations

infrastructure needs

1. dedicated ethernet
2. two computers per venue, silent one (laptop, macmini, etc) with firewire for grabbing, a fast one for encoding
3. one streaming server
4. at least as many cams as venues
5. audio taken care of
6. PA system
7. talkback when more than one camera is being used
8. printed cheatsheets howto use the cameras
9. mini dv tapes (panasonic or sony)
