Please remember we need a lot of hands to prepare the setup for the streams, fix rooms, check audio, test video, setup rooms. So we need volunteers for work on video team, add yourself here!

[edit] Production
Each session needs people to fill the following roles:
- Coordinator: Video coordinator (one per room in the morning and one in the afternoon)
- Sound Director: Audio mixer
- Director: Vision mixer (director)
- Cameras: Audience camera operator
- Cameras: Stage camera operator
Each day needs two session moderators (talk meister), ideally, one each for morning/afternoon.
We also need someone to monitor the video streams at a dedicated computer throughout the day, letting the production team know of any issues through IRC (#debconf-video).

[edit] Projectors
The venue has two roof-mounted projector, one in each of Heidelberg 1/2/3 and Berlin/London (the main talk rooms).
Both are run by VGA cables from the speaker positions. They could be driven by HDMI but that cable is not pre-installed at the venue.
Additionally they have four mobile projectors which are available to us.

Room Heidelberg 1/2/3 has a Bose Mic system which has one wireless hand mic, a wireless headset mic and can have a another wired one (available from the venue) attached.

Room Berlin/London has a TOA Mic system which has one wireless hand mic available. Another wired mic is available from the venue.

Outside the "disco" the venue does not have a mixer or other usable audio equipment available to us.
