This page contains agendas and links to meeting minutes for DebConf12 IRC and Real Life organizational meetings. For each meeting we collect agenda items prior to the meeting here. As soon as possible after the meeting we try to mail meeting minutes to the relevant lists. Then links are added for each meeting to said minute mail as well as the meetbot logs.

  • It's suggested that people associated with a bid team temporarily change their nick to end '_br' or '_ni'.
  • Please introduce yourself if you are watching.
  • Reminder of meeting agenda.
  • Bid teams choose two people each to have voice on the main channel. Others can speak on #dc12-discuss.
  • Do the bid teams have the materials ready? If so, post links now.

  • We try to reach a decision by consensus from the discussion.
  • The final decision will be signed off by consent from (or, worst case, a vote by) the DebConf committee.
  • We aim to have a decision by 22:00. At that time we consider if a vote is needed.
  • If there's no decision by 22:22 UTC, we decide a new meeting time and stop.
