DebConf10/Videoteam/Loop

This is to document how Valessio created the loop for us. And to be sure we know where to get it when we need it.

TODO:

* make sure that is the most recent
* document the synfig source location (.sif http://valessiobrito.info/projetos/debconf/debconf10/loopvideo/ )
* document how to generate the dv file from the source in case we need to change something (with Synfig, render options: http://synfig.org/wiki/Render_options )
* Perhaps set up the fallback icecast mounts to include this in ezstream'ed playlists on lisa and apu.
** maybe that could be a slightly different version indicating that it is the replay/breaktime/overnight playlist of past recordings to avoid confusing viewers who connect when nothing is going on live.
