Deadlines

  • Registration to open ASAP - Steve is working on a schema change that must be done before opening. Hopefully to open tomorrow.
  • Bursaries - Patty told FAW a week later than had been decided in global meeting; adv bursary decisions to be made by 23 May to allow for 90 day window to buy tickets. Sponsorship request deadline MUST BE DONE by 15 May.

    • when do we need to have bags, tshirts, banners ordered to be delivered?
      • how much lead time do we need in order to get the designs done for these?

        • August: Materials due June 11; on newsstands August 4 (this might be cutting it close, but thought I'd include it anyway).
